The origin story of Buildwise is one birthed out of necessity. The founders were building a subdivision in Northern California when they came face-to-face with their cabinet option. Cabinets in rural towns or isolated cities are difficult to come by. You’re either building custom, which is nice but not always in budget, or going pre-fab from a big box supply store. Custom cabinets can take anywhere from 4 to 20 weeks to build and install depending on the demand at the time, and the pre-fab quality often lacks the integrity and longevity despite the low price.

We wanted to find the sweet spot somewhere between quality and price, and we did. Our semi-custom cabinet by Milzen is just that, high-quality construction and paint job at an affordable price.
